ABOUT MATT & KASEY HALL
Hall Properties is owned by Matt and Kasey Hall.
Matt Hall founded Hall Properties in 1986 when he purchased his first home at the age of 15. He learned the value of real estate early in life from his parents who owned several real estate properties and taught Matt all they knew.
Upon graduating from Lindenwood University with a degree in education, Matt taught public school for several years and worked on real estate properties during summer breaks. After several years steadily building a strong real estate portfolio, paired with opening a local self-storage facility, he retired from teaching and focused his full attention on property management.
Matt is constantly working to grow and improve the business. He is continually working with vendors and contractors to improve properties and maintain the high level of excellence that Hall Properties has become know for.
Kasey earned an accounting and business degree from Culver-Stockton College. In addition to helping build Hall Properties over the years, she has used her leadership and administration gifts in several local organizations. Kasey has been president of Earthwise Industries as well as the Rotary Club and is an active member of the Troy Chamber of Commerce.
Lifelong Lincoln County residents, Matt and Kasey, along with their three children, enjoy being very involved in the Troy community.
